Bilingual Operations Coordinator

Spanish / English • Merry Maids of Warwick, RI • Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Work side-by-side with our Director as their trusted right hand — bringing the office experience, bilingual skills, and sound judgment it takes to keep a fast-paced, people-first business running smoothly. We're a close-knit, bilingual team looking for a full-time associate with solid office and administrative experience to manage customer accounts, support our employees, and help our Director with day-to-day operations — including hiring and onboarding of new staff. You'll need to read, write, and speak fluently in both English and Spanish, and translate confidently between the two.

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role in a fast-paced, culturally diverse office. If you have a background in office administration, coordination, or account/customer management — and you're looking for a role where you'll be trusted with real responsibility — we'd like to meet you.

You'll Excel in This Role If You...

Office & Director Support

  • Serve as a right-hand resource to the Director, supporting day-to-day office and operational needs

  • Assist the Director with interviewing, hiring, and orientation of new staff

  • Assist with and participate in the daily Employee Morning Routine and monthly staff meetings

  • Use office software, databases, and tools accurately and efficiently

  • Provide general administrative and data-entry support across the office

What You Bring (Required Experience & Skills)

  • 2–4 years of general business or office experience

  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish, with the ability to translate both verbally and in writing

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment

  • Solid computer and data-entry skills, helpful to know Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to read and interpret general business procedures

  • Comfortable performing basic math (addition, division, multiplication)
