BI-LINGUAL OFFICE ASSISTANT- PART-TIME EXPANDING TO FULL 

Pay $17-$19 plus incentives and Team bonuses.  

The candidate must possess excellent Bi-lingual skills in Spanish and English and can translate both verbally and in writing. We are seeking an associate to handle various employee, office, and customer service duties. We have a diverse group of employees requiring a Bi-lingual associate to work closely with them and our team. The work environment is unique and fast-paced. It requires attention to detail. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills required. Work hours to start are 3 days from 8 AM to 4;30 PM. We have a diverse cultural office requiring someone who reads and writes in both English and Spanish.  Provide data entry, customer relations, team member assistance, and administrative support. You will get guidance, mentorship, and help to be a top performer in our hands-on learning environment.

  DUTIES INCLUDE:   

  • Data entry detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments.  

  • Managing customer accounts and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.  

  • Promptly handling customer issues and resolutions  

  • Utilizing software, databases, and tools appropriately  

  • Answering calls in a high-volume  

  • Daily close-outs of customer production reports  

  • Assisting and participating in the "Employee Morning Routine" and monthly staff meetings

  ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:  

  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment, strong organizational skills required.  

  • Knowledge of computers and good data entry skills  

  • Being able to contribute to a positive work climate and our team's performance culture is essential to help the team succeed.  

  • Ability to motivate with a positive attitude.   

  • Ability to demonstrate practical interpersonal skills essential as well as sound judgment      and decision-making skills 

  • Must be able to listen effectively to customers and employees by telephone.  

   EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:  

  SKILLS:   

      ●    2-4-year general business experience  

  • The skill to read, write, and speak Spanish and English is required.  

  • Ability to read and interpret general business procedures  

  • Ability to perform basic calculations of addition, division, and multiplication.   

  • Requires basic computer skills, such as Microsoft Suite.  

  OTHER CRITERIA:  

  Ability to pass a criminal background check and pass drug screening  

  • Ability to pass motor vehicle records check
