Bilingual Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator
Spanish / English • Merry Maids of Warwick, RI • Full-Time
Pay: $20 – $22/hour, based on experience | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Do you love meeting people and helping them land a great job? Put your bilingual skills to work every day, front and center. We're looking for a motivated, bilingual (Spanish/English) professional to find, interview, and hire the cleaning technicians who are the heart of our business — then help them get off to a great start through onboarding. Your language skills won't be a checkbox here; they'll be how you connect with candidates, support employees, and build our culture.
This role is a great fit whether you're an experienced recruiter or someone with strong people skills, bilingual fluency, and a desire to grow into recruiting and team leadership. We provide training and a clear path to take on more responsibility over time.
